| Damage and Liability |

| The person organising or paying for the event will be held liable to pay for any damage, loss or breakage of Grocer and Grind property, inclusive of crockery, glassware and cutlery supplied. |

| Payment Terms |

50% deposit required to confirm booking prior to the event
Balance Payable on day of the event. |

| Cancellation policy |
| |
Cancellation of the event 2 weeks prior to the event will receive a full refund of deposit paid
In the event of a cancellation 1 week or less than 1 week prior to the event the client will forfeit full deposit paid |
